Decisiones. Aquellas decisiones que se consideren actos previos de trámite deberán constar en actas que se suscribirán por el Director Ejecutivo y quien actúe como Secretario del Comité, o en su defecto deberán tener el visto bueno de los Comisionados. Aquellas funciones del Comité relacionadas con los aspectos propios de la regulación, serán tratadas a su interior, y en caso de discrepancia, deberán ser planteados ante la CREG, y debidamente sustentados por escrito.
