La Nación entregará al Hospital Infantil Universitario Lorencita Villegas de Santos, con ocasión de los cien años del natalicio del doctor Eduardo Santos Montejo, la suma de quinientos millones de pesos. La distribución de esta partida se hará de común acuerdo con el Ministerio de Salud, el cual deberá impartirle su aprobación.
