ARTICULO 3.6.3.12.- DE LOS FONDOS DE ESTABILIZACION DE RENDIMIENTOS. Las sociedades cuyos fondos realicen reparto mensual de rendimientos, podrán destinar, al cierre de cada período, hasta el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de éstos a la formación de un fondo de estabilización de rendimientos, cuya cuantía total no podrá exceder el diez por ciento (10%) del valor neto del respectivo fondo.
