Al día hábil siguiente, el magistrado ponente decretará las pruebas pertinentes y señalará un término hasta de tres (3) días hábiles para su práctica. En la misma providencia indicará fecha y hora para la audiencia pública, que se cumplirá dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes.
