De conformidad con el artículo 51 de la Ley 86 de 1946 el calculista conservará la. propiedad intelectual de los cálculos, planos y especificaciones que entrega a su mandante quien adquiere derechos únicamente para ejecutar la obra tenida en cuenta, sin que pueda enajenarlas, reproducirlos o servirse de ellos para otras cosas.
