El Director de la Escuela en los ramos Administrativo, Docente y de Sanidad, tendrá las funciones propias de los Rectores de los Institutos de Segunda Enseñanza, de acuerdo con las normas adoptadas al respecto por medio de los artículos 3° y 2° del Decreto número 776 del presente año. En el ramo Militar, tendrá las facultades administrativas, económicas, disciplinarias y de mando y el rango correspondiente a Comandante de la Policía Nacional, y en todos estos ramos tendrá, además, las facultades y deberes que determinan las leyes y los Reglamentos de la Institución CAPITULO III Sanidad.
