Ley 546 de 1999 · por la cual se dictan normas en materia de vivienda, se señalan los objetivos y criterios generales a los cuáles debe sujetarse el Gobierno Nacional para regular un sistema especilizado para su financiación, se crean instrumentos de ahorro destinado a dicha financiacion, se dictan medidas relacionadas con los impuestos y otros costos vinculados a la construccion y negociacion de vivienda y se expiden otras disposiciones
