Cuando los requerimientos de una institución oficial o privada precisen que el técnico electricista contravenga en cualquier forma o medida los preceptos consagrados en esta ley, será su obligación aclarar frente a la respectiva institución el desacuerdo existente y los principios que guían su conducta.
