Las edificaciones existentes actualmente dentro del globo de terreno a que hace mención el artículo 1º. de ésta Ley, podrán ser utilizadas por el Municipio de Cali, o por el Departamento del Valle del Cauca para los fines de que trata la Ordenanza número 159 de 1961, expedida por la honorable Asamblea Departamental de aquella sección.
