Si el culpable de alguno o algunos de los delitos con- templados en este Título fuere reincidel1te, por la primera vez, no se tomarán en cuenta, en la sentencia que se pronuncie, las circunstancias atenuantes contempladas en los ordinales 4° y 6° del artículo precedente, que pudieren alegarse en su favor. Si fuere reincidente por dos o más veces, la pena que se le aplicará será, en todo caso, la mayor de las que se contemplen en la correspondiente disposición legal.
