Art. 1.° Los exportadores de café, cacao, tabaco, productos de la industria sacarina, quina, caucho, cueros, y demás frutos de exportación nacional, que quieran obtener la prima de cuatro por ciento sobre el precio corriente que tengan, en el puerto de embarque para el extranjero, los artículos citados, la solicitaran dirigiéndose por escrito al Administrador de la Aduana respectiva y acompañando a su solicitud los comprobantes de haber efectuado la exportación.
