° El artículo séptimo del Decreto 658 de 1993, quedará así: “Artículo 7° Las tarifas de que trata el presente Decreto se incrementarán anualmente en el mismo sentido y porcentaje en que varíe el índice de precios al consumidor, nivel ingresos medios, según la certificación que sobre el particular expida el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE. El primer incremento se efectuará el 1° de enero de 1994”.
