El Gobierno Nacional propondrá la inclusión de cincuenta millones de pesos ($50.000.000) en el Presupuesto Nacional de la vigencia fiscal siguiente a la expedición de la presente Ley, los cuales se destinarán al cumplimiento de lo ordenado en sus artículos 2º. y 3º.
