Ley 46 de 1919 · Por la cual se crea un Laboratorio oficial de Higiene en la capital de la República

Concédese un auxilio de ciento veinte pesos ($120) mensuales a cada uno de los Laboratorios Bacteriológicos Municipales de Bogotá, Cartagena y Medellín; sumas que se incluirán en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia, siempre que coadyuven en los trabajos del Laboratorio Nacional.

A igual auxilio tendrán derecho los Laboratorios Bacteriológicos establecidos o que se establezcan por las entidades municipales, en cuanto tales Laboratorios reúnan las condiciones que fije la Dirección Nacional de Higiene, previa aprobación de la Academia Nacional de Medicina.
