ARTICULO 8o. El título primero del Capítulo IV de la Parte Segunda del Libro Segundo se denominará "Inversiones en Inmuebles y Muebles" y el inciso primero del artículo 2.2.1.4.1, quedará así: Inversiones en Inmuebles. Todo establecimiento de crédito y sociedad de servicios financieros, con sujeción a las restricciones y limitaciones impuestas por las leyes, podrá comprar, poseer y enajenar bienes raíces para los siguientes fines únicamente.
