Reuniones ordinarias. La Junta General de Socios se reunirá en sesiones ordinarias anualmente, previa convocatoria que deberá hacer el Gerente por medio de aviso directo con por lo menos quince (15) días hábiles de anticipación.

Parágrafo

Si transcurrido el mes de marzo no se hubiere hecho la convocatoria, la Junta General de Socios se reunirá, por derecho propio, el primer día hábil del mes de abril en las oficinas de la Gerencia de la Empresa, a las 10:00 a.m.
