Artículo único . Derogase el ordinal 5.° del artículo 20 de la Ley 117 de 1913 , sobre Tarifa de Aduanas. En consecuencia, los vinos, licores y demás líquidos de distinta calidad, en cualquier envase que se introduzcan como muestras, quedan incluídos en las mercancías que no pueden inutilizarse, de que trata el ordinal 7.° del mismo artículo.
