Los padres, o representantes legales, son solidariamente responsables, y en tal calidad, deberán ser citados o acudir al incidente de reparación a solicitud de la víctima del condenado o su defensor. Esta citación deberá realizarse en la audiencia que abra el trámite del incidente.
