Como remuneración del descanso, el trabajador a jornal debe recibir el salario ordinario sencillo, aún en el caso de que el descanso dominical coincida con una fecha que la ley señale también como descanso remunerado. En todo sueldo se entiende comprendido el pago del descanso en los días en que es legalmente obligatorio y remunerado.
