º. Entidades administradoras del Régimen Subsidiado. Podrán administrar los recursos del régimen subsidiado del sistema general de seguridad social en salud, las Empresas Solidarias de Salud -ESS-, las Cajas de Compensación Familiar y las Entidades Promotoras de Salud -EPS- de naturaleza pública, privada o mixta, que cumplan con los requisitos exigidos en el presente decreto.
