La cuenta de entradas del Fondo especial de Caminos, se llevara por la Tesorería General de la republica con anotación de la Oficina recaudadora que haga cada remesa y del mes a que corresponda el producto remesado, conforme lo exprese el respectivo oficio remisorio; y la cuenta de salidas de dicho fondo especial se llevara por la misma Tesorería, con anotación del individuo o entidad a quienes se haga el pago y de la razón de este o su objeto.
