° Autorízase al Gobierno para que pueda terminar de la manera que considere más conveniente para los intereses de la Nación, el asunto pendiente con la casa Punchard, Mc Taggart, Lowther & C.°, con motivo de los contratos celebrados para la construcción del Ferrocarril de Antioquia.

Esta autorización comprende la de nombrar un árbitro ó constituir un Tribunal de Árbitros en el extranjero para dar solución al asunto.
