° El Area de Manejo Especial de la Bahía de Cartagena y del Canal del Dique, funcionará bajo la dirección de un jefe del Area nombrado por el Gerente General del Instituto Nacional de los Recursos Naturales Renovables y del Ambiente -INDERENA- y con la asesoría del Consejo a que se refiere el artículo 4 de este Decreto, a cuyas reuniones asistirá el Jefe del Area.
