Articulo 5° Los funcionarios del Censo, que requieran la cooperación de un empleado público por más de un día, solicitarán previamente la autorización del respectivo superior, quien no podrá negarla, salvo que así lo impongan las necesidades del servicio público, caso este que será comprobado oportunamente ante la Contraloria General de la República.
