º Una vez recibida la documentación, la Dirección General de Aduanas fijará el monto de la fianza para garantizar el pago de los derechos de importación cuando no se realice la reexportación de los vehículos. La fianza de que trata el inciso anterior, podrá ser bancaria o de compañía de seguros, con vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de cada año.
