Article 43

De La División De Estadística Fiscal Del Estado Corresponde A La División De Estadística Fiscal Del Estado, Por Medio De Las Secciones Que La Integran, Desarrollar Las Siguientes Funciones: A) Dirigir, Coordinar Y Controlar Las Actividades De La División; B) Proyectar Las Normas Sobre Estadística Fiscal Del Estado; C) Elaborar La Estadística Fiscal Del Estado; D) Publicar La Estadística Fiscal Del Estado Como Complemento De Las Cuentas Públicas De La Nación; E) Mantener Y Custodiar Los Archivos De La Estadística Fiscal Del Estado

De la división de estadística fiscal del estado Corresponde a la División de Estadística Fiscal del Estado, por medio de las secciones que la integran, desarrollar las siguientes funciones

a)

Dirigir, coordinar y controlar las actividades de la División;

b)

Proyectar las normas sobre estadística fiscal del Estado;

c)

Elaborar la estadística fiscal del Estado;

d)

Publicar la Estadística Fiscal del Estado como complemento de las cuentas públicas de la Nación;

e)

Mantener y custodiar los archivos de la estadística fiscal del Estado.
