Los $2.500.000 que el Gobierno entregó al Instituto de Fomento Industrial en 1961, con el propósito de financiar la Fábrica de Grasas de San Andrés, y que en la actualidad figuran en la contabilidad de este Instituto como un pasivo a favor del Gobierno Nacional, se convertirán en un aporte de capital y, en consecuencia, el Instituto de Fomento Industrial emitirá 250.000 acciones de capital a favor del Gobierno Nacional.
