La fuerza hidroeléctrica o de otra clase cualquiera que, producida en un país, vecino, quiera transportarse para prestar dentro del territorio de la Republica sus servicios a las industrias, pagara por cada caballo, mensualmente, de uno a tres pesos, a favor del Tesoro del Municipio donde estén situadas las fábricas que la utilicen.
