º . Información sobre la cuota recaudada. Las entidades recaudadoras de la Cuota de Fomento Avícola deberán enviar mensualmente a la entidad administradora una relación pormenorizada de los recaudos, firmada por su representante legal, la que contendrá la siguiente información

Nombre e identificación del recaudador;

Fecha y lugar de venta o de traslados interno de las aves;

Relación de las ventas y/o traslado internos, en forma cuantitativa y discriminada por tipo de ave;

Valor recaudado.
