El Gobierno revisará y aprobará las tarifas, itinerarios y reglamentos de la Compañía , de acuera do con la legislación vigente.

Parágrafo 1

La carga y los pasajeros oficiales paga­rán el transporte a la tasa señalada en las tarifas aprobadas.

Parágrafo 2

En los itinerarios que establezca la Compañía deberán incluirse preferentemente los lugares de los territorios del Sur del país en los que actualmente es­tén funcionando puestos militares y sanitarios, misiones y presidios.
