El inciso 1° del artículo 62 del Decreto 1151 de 1989, quedará así: “Avisos de ley. El funcionario investigador dará aviso a la Procuraduría General de la Nación y al inculpado, de la apertura de la investigación disciplinaria. Igualmente cumplir con los mecanismos de control establecidos por las respectivas dependencias investigadoras”.
