Situaciones especiales. Cuando la audiencia pública no pueda ser concluida el día que se convocó, podrá ser suspendida y se continuará al día siguiente.

Cuando ocurran situaciones que perturben o impidan el normal desarrollo de la audiencia pública, el Presidente podrá darla por terminada, de lo cual dejará constancia escrita.

En el evento que no se pueda celebrar la audiencia pública, el jefe de la autoridad ambiental o su delegado, dejará constancia del motivo por el cual esta no se pudo realizar, y se expedirá y fijará un edicto en el que se señalará nueva fecha para su realización.
