Declárese día de vacación civil el de la llegada á esta capital del Excelentísimo señor Presidente de la República para todos los funcionarios públicos y para todos los colegios y escuelas é institutos oficiales de instrucción pública del Distrito Capital y de los vecinos departamentos de Cundinamarca y Quesada. Comuníquese y publíquese.
