Tipos de planes de incentivos. Para reconocer el desempeño sobresaliente en niveles de excelencia podrán organizarse planes de incentivos pecuniarios y no pecuniarios dirigidos a reconocer el desempeño individual o grupal de los servidores. Para la adopción de los planes se deberá tener en cuenta el presupuesto asignado para el efecto en la respectiva anualidad.
