Adiciónese el numeral 12 del artículo 2° de la Ley 1115 de 2006, el cual quedará así:
“12. Registro en Colombia de una nave o artefacto naval destinado al tráfico internacional marítimo. Expedición y cancelación de matrícula de naves.”
