º. El Banco de la República, en las condiciones que establezca la Junta Directiva con el voto favorable del Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público, podrá señalar una línea de crédito o cupo de redescuento al Instituto de Fomento Industrial y otorgarle préstamos, así como adquirir bonos de garantía general o de garantía específica emitidas por dicho Instituto.
