Artículo segundo. Los funcionarios incorporados por el presente Decreto, no requerirán llenar otra formalidad pava tomar' posesión de sus cargos, que la firma del acta respectiva y el pago del impuesto de timbre nacional correspondiente a la diferencia de remuneración, si a ello hubiere lugar.
