Corresponde a la Superintendencia Bancaria ejercer la inspección y vigilancia sobre las sociedades que administran fondos de pensiones de jubilación e invalidez para que dicha administración se ajuste a lo dispuesto por la Constitución, la ley, los reglamentos del fondo y los planes de pensiones.
