Artículo primero. Auxíliase, por una sola vez, a la Unión de Trabajadores Petroleros (UTRAPETROL), con la suma de tres mil pesos ($ 3.000.00) moneda corriente, para sufragar pate de los gastos que ocasione la celebración del III Congreso de Trabajadores del Petróleo, que se celebrará en la ciudad de Cartagena, a partir del diez (10) de febrero del corriente año.
