El menor adulto que careciendo de representante legal o hallándose este ausente, tiene necesidad de comparecer en juicio, lo expone así al Juez, quien, con conocimiento de causa, debe autorizarlo para ello nombrándole curador para la litis, o confirmando la designación hecha por el interesado, si el nombrado es idóneo.
