La, interpelación de los diferentes valores de las normas de emisión a que se refiere el artículo anterior, está señalada por las siguientes ecuaciones, según las zonas indicadas

Zona rural: Emisión máxima permisible de partículas (kilos/tonelada) Capacidad de producción (tonelada/día) E = 4.0 P = 50 E = 200 p -1.0 50 < P < 250 E = 0.8 P = 250

Zona urbana: E = 2.0 P = 50 E = 59.67 p -0.868 50 < P < 250 E = 0.49 P = 250

Parágrafo

Para efectos de las ecuaciones a que se refiere el presente artículo, adóptense las siguientes convenciones: E = M áxima emisión permisible de partículas, expresada en kilos por toneladas producida de asfalto o mezcla asfáltica. P = Máxima producción diaria de asfalto o mezcla asfáltica en toneladas.
