Los capitales, maquinaria y en general los demás elementos que se importen al país en desarrollo de los contratos o acuerdos a que se refiere la presente Ley, quedaran exentos de toda clase de impuestos, tasas, contribuciones o gravámenes.

Parágrafo

Los sueldos y emolumentos pagados por las entidades a que se refiere el artículo primero, a los funcionarios internacionales que vengan al país en desarrollo de los mismos contratos o acuerdos, quedaran exentos del impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios.
