Art. 67. Lo prevenido en los artículos 64 i 65 no tendrá lugar si el Capitan comprobare que la falta de los documentos espresados provino de un accidente que no pudo prever ni evitar, como naufrajio, incendio o violencia perpetrada por piratas. Tampoco se guardarán estas reglas si el buque no ha sido despachado para puerto colombiano i solo arriba por una necesidad o accidente. En este caso se procederá como lo dispone el artículo 82.
