° En las papeletas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, serán registrados por su marca, número, cantidad, clase de empaque y estado, todos y cada uno de los bultos que se reciban de cada buque. Estas papeletas serán arregladas al efecto por columnas y con espacio suficiente para anotar las novedades ocurridas en los bultos desembarcados en malas condiciones.
