INCOMPATIBILIDADES. Los cónyuges, ni los parientes hasta el cuarto de consanguinidad, segundo de afinidad o primero civil, podrán ser designados como miembros principales o suplentes de la junta directiva de la junta de control social. En todo caso, carecerán de eficacia las decisiones adoptadas por la junta directiva o por la junta de control social, que contravinieren lo dispuesto en este artículo.
