Autorizase a la Rama Ejecutiva para celebrar con el Banco de la Republica un contrato adicional a los actuales sobre concesión de salinas, y por el cual se provean los recursos necesarios para atender en forma adecuada a la lucha contra el bocio simple en el país, y para el sostenimiento del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición que se crea por el artículo anterior.
