Del levantamiento de fuero sindical. Para efectos de la desvinculación de los servidores públicos que gozan de la garantía de fuero sindical, el liquidador adelantará el proceso de levantamiento de dicho fuero en el término señalado en el artículo 118A del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, adicionado por la Ley 712 de 2001, y de conformidad con las demás normas vigentes.
