Las adjudicaciones hechas se comunicarán a los aspirantes de Bogotá, mediante nota, de la que el interesado o su representante legal dará recibo, y para los de fuera de la ciudad, se comunicarán telegráficamente a los Directores de Educación de los Departamentos y a los Alcaldes en donde residan los favorecidos, quienes informarán oportunamente a la Oficina de Becas, la fecha en que fue puesta en conocimiento de los interesados la adjudicación, a fin de que el Consejo pueda aplicar la sanción de que trata el aparte e) del artículo 14.
