De la Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones. La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones estará integrada por: El Secretario General, quien la presidirá; El Jefe de la División Administrativa; El Jefe de la División Jurídica; y El Auditor Fiscal de la Contraloría General de la República ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, quien tendrá voz pero no voto en las deliberaciones.

Parágrafo 1

A las sesiones de la Junta podrán asistir por invitación especial que formule uno cualquiera de sus miembros los funcionarios del Ministerio o de la Contraloría General de la República, cuando se considere que pueden aportar elementos de juicio sobre los asuntos que se vayan a tratar.

Parágrafo 2

Actuará como Secretario de la Junta el Jefe de la Sección de Servicios Generales del Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
