Permiso de estudio con acceso a recursos genéticos. Cuando además del permiso de estudio con fines de investigación a que se refiere el presente decreto, se requiera del acceso a recursos genéticos, productos derivados o componente intangible asociado al mismo, la autoridad ambiental competente otorgará el permiso de estudio y en el acto respectivo condicionará el acceso a la autorización del Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible y remitirá a este último los documentos e información sobre el particular.
